Sabbir Hussain has been engaged in his career for over 12 years and has been working in Young Consultants since 2017. With bachelor’s and master’s degree in the business discipline from reputed universities in the United Kingdom and working on various management and business projects of overseas development organizations, Sabbir has instilled in him a wide range of understanding and experience of investment and business climate and management consultancy. His expertise and involvement in upscaling the Business and Investment Climate of Bangladesh has allowed him to work closely with various government organizations such as Prime Minister’s Office, Bangladesh Investment Development Authority, Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Industries as well as various business chambers such as BUILD, DCCI, MCCI, JBCCI, JETRO, etc. His hobbies are reading, playing video games and travelling.

Md. Rabiul Islam Mollah has been engaged in his career for over 20 years. Now he is working in Japan International Corporation Agency (JICA), Bangladesh Investment Development Authority, Prime Minister’s Office, as project Secretary and National Consultant. He has experience in web research and data management work. He was worked at International Finance Corporation (IFC) the World Bank Group, Jason Pharmaceuticals ltd. and the world’s largest NGO BRAC the position of administrative officer. He has completed the MBA in Human Resource Management from Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology (ADUST) Dhaka. His hobbies are playing, travelling, reading, and learn new things.
Muhammad Abdul Monin || Project Coordinator/ Export || Invest-Bangla
Mr Muhammad Abdul Momin has been working with Young Consultants since May 2015 as a Senior Executive. He has sound knowledge and working experience in Institutional Capacity Building, Feasibility Study, HR Head Hunting & Consulting etc. under different projects from Young Consultants in Bangladesh.
Mr Momin is currently working as Project Coordinator/One-Stop Service Expert in Component-2 [Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA), Prime Minister’s Office] under the project title “Promoting Investment and Enhancing Industrial Competitiveness in the People’s Republic of Bangladesh”. He has deep understanding and extensive knowledge of the different regulatory services in relation to investment in Bangladesh, particularly in Economic Zones. Moreover, he has extensive and close relations with different services providing Ministries, Departments.
Mr Momin has completed MSS in Japanese Studies and B.A. (Hon’s) M. A. in English from the University of Dhaka and Jagannath University respectively.

Md. Saddam Hossain Mozumder has been working with Young Consultants Since October 2018 as a Senior Executive. He has sound knowledge and experience in industrial Trunkey solution and approval process of Building Plan, Fire Safety and Electricity Plan related clearance from different ministries. He has maintained a good liaison with the Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA), the Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence (BFSCD) and the Office of Chief Electric Inspector (OCEI), the Office of Chief Inspector of Boiler (OCIB) and Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Authority (BERC).
Mr Saddam Currently working with the BEZA One-Stop Service Center (BEZA-OSSC) project as a local Expert of the JICA Project team employed by Young Consultants. His role is preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Economic Zones investor and Developer, assessment of necessary design, drawing, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Plan, and documents before official submission of OSS Centre, consultation of Foreign and Local investor for building construction, Fire Safety, Boiler Installation, Captive Power Plant (CPP) and Electricity Connection related Service

Some Professional Skills of Mr. Saddam is following:
- Prepare Electrical Single Line Diagram (SLD), Electrical Layout Diagram (ELD), Lightning Protection System (LPS), and Substation Layout Plan, Power Plant Layout Plan as per Electricity rules, 2020 and Bangladesh National Building Code, 2020 and following the guideline of Office of Chief Electric Inspector (OCEI).
- Prepare Fire Safety Plan and Fire Fighting Floor Plan as per Fire Prevention and Extinction rule 2014, Bangladesh National Building Code, 2020 and following guidelines of Fire Service and Civil defiance.

Tahiat Tafannum did her hon’s degree from IUBAT (International University of Business Agriculture and Technology) in Economics and completed her master’s degree in Environmental Economics from Dhaka School of Economics (a constituent institute of the University of Dhaka). She did Eric Frank Leadership Program 2015 (organized by IUBAT) and availed of a scholarship in spring semester 2013. In 2020 she joined Young Consultants as a young Executive (Investment Promotion and Support Services). Prior to that, she served her career as a teacher of an English Medium School. She is amicable and accommodating among other colleagues in her office. She aspires to assist investors to achieve eco-friendly sustainable business goals. Ayesha Akter || Finance Executive || Invest-Bangla
Ayesha Akter has completed BBA and MBA in Finance and Banking from International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC). She has completed an Internship programme at Shahjalal Islami Bank LTD. in General Banking System and Jamuna Bank LTD. in Credit Management System. She was a former member of the Business Club of IIUC. She has started her career in Young Consultants as a Research Executive Officer. With the organization, she is experienced in investment, business climate and management consultancy. She was a former member of the Business Club of IIUC. She has some hobbies like Reading, Gardening, and Travelling.
S.M Saifullah Shamim || Executive Officer || Invest-Bangla
He joined Young Consultants on 1st February 2020 as a Junior Executive (Execution & Operation). Now working as an executive officer. He is conducting on solving the ongoing issues taking approval from the respected authorities as well as coordinating meetings for the investors and respected section of the business. In addition to it assist the investors to visit the site and Weekly report on activities and progress to the senior.
My goal:
- To look after the investors thus they can feel relaxed working with me /us. Make their visit smooth and easy while travelling to Bangladesh as well as visiting proposed or invested sites.
- Assist the project manager and other members of the investment promotion team by identifying and resolving problems more efficiently.
- Effectively nurture and utilize my present skill and knowledge.
My work schedule:
- Solving ongoing issues by taking approvals from different ministries and govt. office.
- Coordinating in meetings set up between investors and other relevant authorities.
- Introduce interested investors to the project manager by arranging a site visit.

Mr. Taqi Tahmid started his professional career back in 2019 after completing his Hon’s form Bangladesh University of Professionals. He completed his Hon’s in Information and Communication Technology. A smart well turned out, soft-spoken officer Taqi Tahmid exhibits exemplary demeanour and conduct in any group or situation. He is mature, decisive and accomplishes desired results without supervision. The officer is persevering and shows exceptional resourcefulness in tackling unforeseen events effectively. Mr Rashedul Islam has been engaged in his professional career for more than 3 years. He holds his bachelor’s degree in Management and master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Jahangirnagar University. In addition, successfully completed a course on Project Management: Basic for success. In addition, working on management and business projects for foreign development organizations. Rashed has invested extensive knowledge and experience in Research Executive, Investment monitoring and Investment Aftercare.
He has been working with Young Consultants since May 2018 as Research Executive. He has solid knowledge and work experience in Data Management, Program Assistant and Investment Monitoring and Investment Aftercare under the project title “title “Promoting Investment and Enhancing Industrial Competitiveness in the People’s Republic of Bangladesh”. Component-1 [Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), Prime Minister’s Office] Funded by Japan International Cooperation Agency.
He has in-depth knowledge of new company registration (100% Foreign/Joint Venture/Local), amendment, required different certificates approval, work permit, visa and ongoing issues related to investment etc. In addition, there are extensive relationships with various institutions-service providers and the close relationship with Bangladesh Bank, the Department of Environment, Bangladesh Investment Development Authority and others.
